Music Playback (Bug?)

It has been a while as a Premium user and I have been able to use every feature available such as playing any song and downloading your own music. 2 days ago I have encountered an issue specifically for local files saved from my Android Phone. The local songs are able to be played. Nothing out of the ordinary except if I want to play a certain on one of my songs and it wont let me. Instead, it restarts the whole song. Is there a solution or is there anyone else encountering this same issue as well? I apologize if this is long.
