Music stop when open other App.

Hi,

I am using sony wh 1000mx4 headphones and every time that i am opening another app the muaic turn off.
The application doesn't produce any sound. For example i can open a web page and the music will turn off.
Kindly advice if you have solution to this issue.

Can you please let us know your device model, OS version, and Spotify version so we can investigate further? If this happens on mobile, please make sure that the Spotify app is set as an exception in any battery- or memory-optimizing services and is allowed to run in the background.
