Music undownloaded

I use Spotify premium and today my downloaded music became undownloaded. What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out & sorry to see this has happened.

What happens when you try to download your playlists again? Do they not play offline or do they not appear as downloaded at all?

You can try clearing your app's cached data to see if that would make a difference. If this doesn't help, see if performing a complete clean reinstall of the app would help out.
