Muting artists

My problem is that I don't have the feature allowing me to mute artists.I know it's available in my location, furthermore,people with Android also have it,nonetheless after thoroughly updating the app,the feature still isn't there.

Any suggestions what can be causing this problem or how I can solve it,please?
