My Premium isn't working

The 8th of February, I got spotfiy premium in one of those gift cards. It turned out to work perfectly on my computer, but when I downloaded the Spotify app, and the 48 hours free trial expired, the premium that I bought, suddenly stopped working. Has anyone else been having the same problem, and how did you get it to work correctly?
