No Download and Settings Crashing

My Question or Issue

If I attempt to change streaming or download quality my app lags out and proceeds to crash. My download issue is that I have reinstalled the app upwards of 20 times, changed networks, cleared cache and data, and restarted my device, it is forever stuck on waiting to download. Sometimes it will download a handful of songs, but when trying to play them offline or with a bad connection, there is skipping or not playing period. I need a fix that will allow me to listen to my music offline at the higher quality.
