No Storage Area Found

I have been having the infamous message "No Storage Area Found" for a long time now. I have tried uninstalling and re installing the app, clearing the caches, clearing data, closing background moving it from phone to SD card and viseversa, and nothing seems to work. I have a Samsung S4 Mini. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks!

When you say moving it from phone to SD card - do you mean the actual application or do you mean the cache (which can be changed from within the Spotify app settings)?
