My Question or Issue

I am trying to get Spotify to appear on my lock screen. The system "music" app does appear on my lock screen and I've attached a screenshot of the settings. In comparison the notification settings of Spotify don't even mention lock screen.

Is this something I can fix?

Thanks for the suggestions.

 

After playing around a bit more I found the solution. Each of the sections in the first screenshot can be clicked into. When you click into the playback section you get more options (second screenshot)

Hey @Elestano9,

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

 

We see on your screenshot that Lock Screen is missing from the list of notifications for Spotify in comparison to the Music app. Would you mind checking for a separate Lock Screen section in your setting menu.

 

We've also found this thread where users report that this behavior may come up if your using face unlock. Can you confirm if this is the case?
