Offline mode is not working - Android 4.2.2

I am using android 4.2.2 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 

I am a premium user . My issue is that offline mode does not work . I have plenty space and a good wifi signal. I down load the tracks as per the usual way but when I goi iunto offline mode they either are not there or they just will not play ( no sound ) 

Or I download an album and it goes green . The next time I log in the download starts all over again - I have yet to be able to play a track in offline mode - very frustrating ... any help out there

It seems like they are not supporting 4.2.2. Anymore.
I just had the same problem, and they claimed their new version 8.4.0.539 armV7 is not supporting android 4.2.2 and asked me to get support from my phone vendor.
