Offline mode not working

I have tried everything, but offline modelo is not working anyway. I hace android, please help!

Have you followed the steps here? If so, where exactly does it go wrong? Do you get an error message?

Offline mode stops working after every software update. I have to uninstall the software and redownload my entire library. Then it works until the next software update. Really annoying.
