Offline, not playing

I have switched the toggle under settings to offline mode, I have also unsistalled and re-installed the app on my Android.

However I am unable to still play songs I have downloaded (and these have the appropriate green arrow to say this has downloaded properly to my phone)

All help info says do teh above but still not working

This used to work fine until about a month ago when this stopped.

I am a premium subscriber, and its frustrating

Any ideas that I can still try to do??
