Hey @Micke81an, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.
Let me know how this goes!
Haven´t done a clean reinstall yet.
Hey there @Micke81an,
Thank you for your reply.
We suggest that you try a clean reinstall first. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have.
We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂
Cheers!
I am constantly losing downloads.

Hey @cbouchardnh,
Thanks for reaching out to us 🙂
It's a good idea to give the steps @Jeremy mentioned a go. That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue.
In case you're using an SD card, you can remove it, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD card. Are there any changes?
Let us know how it goes. If you have questions, you know where to find us.
