One track at a time!

I like Spotify, I really do, but only when using it on my laptop. Had an issue for over a year now. On my Android phone I can only play one track at a time, unless I happen to have the screen on for some reason. This means I can't listen to my tunes on a speaker, headphones or even direct from the phone. As soon as I turn the screen back on & open Spotify, it starts working again. If I am doing something on the phone it carries on to the next track, but as soon as I lock the screen, it just finished the current track & stops.

This does not happen on the laptop, or my Fire TV, I thought it was my old phone, but it's doing exactly the same on a new,1 week old phone, with a fresh install & new SD card! It ddoes not happen with the phones own music player, Amazon music (streaming or from SD card) or with YouTube, just Spotify!
