My Question or Issue

Since doing an update on my phone on 1 October, I have been unable to use Spotify on my phone depsite uninstalling & re-installing several times . I have also done the 'clean reinstall' that was suggested. I have looked at all the info in support and community page. When I click on my saved searches, nothing opens up. When I click on one of my playlists, they are empty.

I would welcome any advice on how to resolve this vexatious issue!

We can confirm that our tech team is currently looking into this, so make sure to add your vote to the Ongoing Issue here by clicking on the Thumbs up icon, if you haven't already.  Make sure to provide us with the info we're asking for in the Status update in the comments.  
 

Though we can't set an exact time frame for when this will be fixed, it'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. We'll be sure to keep you updated with any news on the matter there.
