Please help

I've just been forced to download the new version. But it won't open. All I get is a blank screen and an error message pop up saying 'unfortunately this app has crashed'
I use a Samsung Galaxy S4 . Is someone working on a fix because right now I cannot listen to anything can't even open the app ....?

Have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it?

I Uninstalled the app took the Sim card out reinstalled the app and opened it and played a few songs before placing my Sim card back in and that worked I read that under someone else's help plea
