My Question or Issue
I know that this has been raised a number of times, and that it's apparently ongoing, but my podcasts won't play at all on my mobile device. I press play and nothing. I've tried a number of different podcasts to see if it was just my usual go to podcast, but none are playing

Would you mind letting us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues.
If this doesn't do the trick, could you send over your device's exact OS version and the Spotify version you're currently running?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

I can confirm that I have tried a clean reinstall of the app, as per the advice on previous posts. I've tried everything, clearing the cache etc...
I am on Android Version 9 and Spotify Version 8.6.0.830.

Just to confirm, are you able to listen to music on your phone without any issues?
If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this?
