Hey, Im having this issue with getting my Prem services working with my phone. I actually bought unlimited, but right after got the prem server to upgrade to the premium. Though I cant actually listen via phone ? and my account is kinda in free user mode? Its really weird.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

An activation can take a little time to occur everywhere once you have made the purchase.

Have you checked on your subscriptions page that you are premium?

Spotify desktop should say Spotify premium at the top.

Are you signing in with the right account? It's very easy to accidentally sign in with facebook rather than Spotify or vice versa.

Try a reinstall of Spotify.
