My Question or Issue

Please help......I just switched over from Google Play yesterday and starting to regret my decision.  I paid for the premium account, and on my desktop it works fine, but the android app only shows free features.  I've done every hit I could find, and nothing.  It's very very frustrating and feel like I've spent a good majority of my time trying to figure this out.  Also not sure this is the right medium to get help?  If there's a better spot, can someone please let me know?

I'm sorry about it. The first thing we should check is if you have a second account.


Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

I've just found out that there's an Ongoing Issue about this. Here's a link.

 

So if you have only one account, please follow the thread and give any information you think might be relevant.

Yes, I did all that a few times already - this post was my last resort 😞

 

Anything else you can suggest?

I guess we replied at the same time, I'm not sure if you saw my second reply about the Ongoing Issue.

I did see it, yes....thank you.  I voted and replied with my information.  Should I just wait and see now or is there anything else I can do?

I'd just wait and make sure to keep the app up to date.

 

Meanwhile you can get in touch with the Spotify staff, although I don't think there's anything else to be done for now.

 

There are a few ways to contact them.
