Problem using the app in Samsung A21s

My Question or Issue: 

Hello. I have a problem with the app in my phone (samsung a21s) and I see a lot of people posting that they have the same problem with the same model of phone. I talked with the support a week ago and they solved me the problem but it started again yesterday. When I touch the screen to play music, my phone gets crazy. It turns on and off the screen and then it gets reset. I need an answer because I have got the premium plan and I want to use it. Thanks

Hola, uso un tecno camon 18p y cuento con el mismo problema hace unos días atrás se me presento.

Me pasaba lo mismo desde hace dos días con mi Samsung A21S y vi que un chico lo solucionó restableciendo los ajustes de su teléfono. Lo intenté y funcionó, ojalá a ustedes también les resuelva el problema 🙂

Hola creo que encontré una solución momentánea al problema. si tienen una computadora asociada al espotify cierren la ventana en la computadora personalmente

me funciono. Aclaro que mi secular es el a21s

Para los que aún tienen ese error solo deben actualizar Spotify a su última versión y se les solucionará el problema

This should be fixed in version 8.9.22. Can you please update the app and let us know if the issue persists? If yes, send us your device model and OS version if you haven't already.

Also, if your screen goes dim and your device is not being restarted, note that we're investigating this issue in this thread so please share your details there.

I have a Samsung A21s and i have the exact same issue, my phone been cra shing all the time. I just update the app to the version 8.9.30.433  and so far nothing wrong. Been doing a few test runs like using it while using other apps, using my  headphones and other divices, haven't crash down yet so I hope it stays that way.  (sorry for my english)

We have family premium account and one member have a Samsung A21s and no support Spotify.... Some result why no support???
