My Question or Issue
I download Spotify on my watch, in settings/playback I got two options (stream on wifi or remote) when I chose remote it doesn't matter if it connected via Bluetooth
I receive the same message
"Unable to start Spotify, connect to Bluetooth to start listening"
The only thing that happens when I choose remote is that open my Spotify

This is currently a known ongoing issue and is under investigation by the Spotify tech teams and Samsung. You can add your +VOTE here so you can keep up to speed.
In the meantime, I'd recommend making sure that you're rocking the latest updates for the Spotify app and for your phone and watch firmware.
