Hi hpguru.

Again can you say where they are? As far as I know if you put your own mp3s into a playlist on your pc and then sync that playlist to your phone then those tracks on your phone are in spotify format ... on your phone you cannot play those tracks in any other app (unless you transfer them again in mp3 format in which case you cannot play those mp3 format files in the android spotify app).

You are right that the files on the pc arenot converted and you can still play then on your pc in any player but I don't think thats the question being asked.

If you know differently then please say where those files are.

Cheers

Hey there!

This is collaborative playlist.

Anyone who know playlist url or can see it in your profile, can edit or add songs in it.

You can press this playlist long and select non-collaborative.

I suggest to remove collaborative status from playlist if you don't want that someone can edit your playlist.

The green button with song - song is downloaded for Offline mode.

Thx I have another question about playlists.

Lets say i have 5 playlists  every with 100 songs .. is there way to make a list of all songs (500) that i can play all downloaded songs without changing the playlist?

Hey there!

For now there is no way for Library view or something like this.

One workaround would be to merge that playlists to one big.

🙂

are they then double or if one song is in playlist1 and playlist2 only once?

In offline playlists only one song with same ID will count 3,333.

If you merge playlist, you may get some double tracks. But you can find some stuff from internet how to delete double tracks.

I writed one here:

How I can delete duplicates from my playlists?

The official tool is under consideration. Before this just use my guide.

Playlist limit is 10,000 tracks.

Thx. .. but if i make  a "all" playlist out of the library on my Windows spotify there should be no doubles or?

Hi there. If you have the same song in two downloaded playlists spotify is clever enough to only download the data once
