Repeat button not available

I cant locate the repeat or shuffle buttons on my Spotify free account. I am on Android and reside in India.

 Cant locate repeat or shuffle buttons and yes, I have checked the menu (...) as well, it isnt there too.

Is this a premium feature? My wife's android has repeat, but she is a premium user. I do not see this listed as premium feature anywhere too.

I've the same problem here in Germany. (No Premium User) 

And like you said, it's not listet as Premium Feature.

I solved the problem: As Free User you have the new UI, as Premium User you have the old UI, where these Buttons are availible.

I think when the new UI is availible for Premium User, we as Free User will get back these Buttons...

I hope so...
