Shuffle only unless using the enhance feature

Hi All 

I have a premium account and recently it only lets me play shuffle mode on all playlists, Spotify and playlists I have made. If I use the enhance feature or  download the playlist I can then select which song to play. This problem isn’t occurring for friends. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can select a song to play without having to use the enhance feature or adding playlist to library?

Can you try the following:

• Log out > restart the app 
• Perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this
• If you're using any VPN, disable it to see if the issue persists
• Check device storage
• Try with a different device to see if the issue persists
• Check that the app is up to date
