Shuffle problems in tablet Android

Hi I have Spotify in a tablet with kitkat android.

Today I open the app. Well the app only let me play Songs in shuffle mode when in a tablet you can play any song any moment.

I tried install and desinstall twice but nothing. The problem is continue

What can I do?

What tablet is it? What is the screen size and software versions of the tablet and spotify app?
