My Question or Issue

I didn't see playlist on my library on phone (on my Windows app, this work correctly) and I could play any song. Any playlist didn't load correctly. I completed guide on https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/COMPLETE-GUIDE-How-to-fix-most-Android-issues/td-p/914257 .

Hi @pawel112a,

Thank you for getting back in touch with us and for providing the screenshots.

Regarding the SD card - I would go to the store that you bought it from so that they can have a closer look at it. Most likely you'll have to change it.

When it comes to the Spotify Wrapped story - there's currently and ongoing issue about this here. You can leave a +VOTE and Subscribe to the thread for any updates regarding this.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

Take care!

Hi there, thanks for asking in the community!

If I am getting it right, the issue is your library not loading in the Mobile App. There are a few steps you should try to fix this issue.

  • Log out of the Mobile App and log in again. Check if your library is loading properly now.
  • If you are using any kind of VPN or DNS service, then kindly turn those off and restart the Spotify App to see if that fixes the issue.
  • Try a clean install of the App, here is a quick guide for the same. Let us know how it goes.

Throw a like my way or mark this as a solution if I helped. ‌😊

Hi,
thanks for Your reply. I reinstalled the app with Your guide, and it didn't resolve the problem (before I installed the application from Google Play), I removed the com.spotify.music directory from SD card on the phone. If I moved the application data to internal memory, the Spotify app will work correctly. How I could resolve this issue?

I found a new issue, that Spotify Wrapped freezes after a few seconds.

Best regards,
Pawel

Hi there @pawel112a,

Thank you for your reply and confirmation.

This can happen due to your SD card being corrupt.

Regarding your Wrapped - can you provide us a screenshot or a screen recording so that we can have a closer look directly from your end?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!

Hi @Jeremy,
thanks for Your reply.

What should I do with SD card? Change to other or format it?

I attach some screenshots with this problem about Spotify Wrapped. After few seconds (about 5 seconds) the app was always crashed.

Best regards,
Pawel
