Spotify Player auf Sperrbildschirm

Ich habe das Problem das ich den Spotify Player nicht auf meinem Sperrbildschirm sehen kann würde gern wissen ob es an spotify liegt oder an meinem neuen Handy(Huawei P8 Lite) weil bei meinem vorherigen (Vodafone Smart Prime 6) war er auf dem Sperrbildschirm jedoch habe ich ausprobiert kann ich spotify auf dem sperrbildschirm nur in verbindung mit musixmatch und der standard Player von dem Handy ist auch auf dem Sperrbildschirm zu bedienen daselbe Problem gilt auch bei whatsapp das benachrichtigungen nicht auf dem sperrbildschirm angezeigt werden obwohl jeglich Art von Benachrichtigung erlaubt und zugelassen ist deshalöb geh davon aus das es vielleicht am handy liegt jedoc kann man das doch irgendwie umgehen den bei musixmatch geht es ja auch würde mich freuen wenn Spotify das schnell mit einem update ändert und mir eine Antwort gibt wo das Problem lag.          LG Marcel 🙂

I had the same problem with my brand new P9 LITE so I asked for refund to the store. Was very annoying unlock the phone to change the song...
I asked to Huawei and they said that they don't give support to malfunction apps. Not sure if it's Spotify fault or Emui problem. So now I'm looking for another phone because it looks like there won't be a solution...

Android 6 has tightened up on app permissions so it may just be a case of making sure that the appropriate notifications are set for spotify - notifications/advanced/spotify.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the info. I played with all the permission stuff and it didn't work.
Impossible to see in the lock screen the album art and the controls.
Very frustrating because I use EVERYDAY Spotify.

Guten Tag,

bei mir wurde Spotify auf einmal auch nichtmehr auf dem Sperrbildschirm angezeigt (Samsung S6).

Nach dem letzten Update von Samsung wurden alle Berechtigungen gelöscht, weshalb man diese wieder freigeben muss.

Man geht wie folgt vor:

Einstellungen -> Apps -> Spotify(suchen) -> App-Einstellungen -> Benachrichtigungen -> Benachrichtigungen zulassen -> Auf dem Sperrbildschrim -> Inhalte anzeigen.

Diese Einstellung ist bei meinem Handy (Sony Xperia Z5 Compact) nicht moeglich. Ich konnte zuvor im Sperrbildschirm Spotify bedienen (Song vor/zurueck), aus mir unerklaerlichen Gruenden geht das nicht mehr - und das ist SEHR schade...

Sehr interessant 😉 wurde ja nur gesagt, dass das erledigt wurde (im Ausgangspost). Ich habe dasselbe Problem und bin mir sicher, dass es nicht nur an Huawei liegen kann, denn ich habe das Nova seit 13 Monaten und das Problem maximal ein paar Monate, vielleicht ein halbes Jahr.
