Spotify Preminum Account Not Working

Spotify Preminum Account Not Working

My spotify account isn't working, it still shows that I'm a free user on both my iPhone and laptop and its driving me crazy. I keep logging in and out. I'm getting nothing.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

First thing to do is check your subscription is still active on your online overview. 
If it says you have premium, I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.

I have the same problem. I am a premium user and I can´t get the app on my nexus 7 to recognize me as a premium user. I have followed the instructions on other posts, I have uninstalled the app already, changed the settings but it will not work. I have it on my Samsung 3 and it works fine -with the previous version of the app-. Any ideas?

That is weird, are you sure you are logging in with the same details on both devices? 

What is the exact error message you get?

Yes. I am logging with the exact same details. I don´t get any errors. I just see 0 playlists, 0 songs. My friends are all there but none of my music. When I set it to offline, that´s when I get the message that says that I must be a premium user to be able to download songs.

I have seen somebody else on the google play store complaining about the same issue, that the app does not recognize him as a premium user. is there any known issue with the latest release of the app?

It does sound like you are having the exact issue decribed in this post about duplicate accounts. 

Can you give those steps a go?
