It says it's offline, I can't play any songs. I've had this issue for a couple months.
I have tried all the solutions suggested to people having the same problem. That includes:
Clean reinstall of the app
Power saver off
Data saver off
Logging in with username instead of facebook
When i tried to log in with another account, still the same problem.
In settings, i can see that the app actually uses some of my data. 3.87 MB in the last 12 minutes.
I would be glad for any help. Thank you guys!

Hey @Oluwatodimu,
Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.
In this case, would you mind making sure that Spotify has all necessary permissions enabled on your devices settings? To do it, you can follow this steps:
Just to confirm, do you use a VPN? If yes, try switching it off to see if perhaps you notice any difference.
Lastly, it'd be awesome if you could log in to your account on another device to check if you can replicate this behavior. That way we can see if it's a device-related issue. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
We'll be on the lookout!
Okay I have enabled everything and I don't use any VPN but I logged in into another device and it works perfectly it also works for me under WiFi
Hey @Oluwatodimu,
In this case, it's best to reach out to your device manufacturer's support team and ask them if there are any settings you might've missed that could be preventing the Spotify app from accessing your mobile data.
Let us know how it goes.
Okay thanks
