Spotify disappearing from the notification screen

My Question or Issue

When i pause the music on Spotify and wait a short moment i receive a " Spotify has closed (or stopped) " notification. That induces the little circle with lines on it to disappear from the top left of my screen and i can't use my spotify widget on the homescreen. Will be glad to receive a solution for this issue as i want that little circle to stay forever. Thanks !!
