Spotify in Spain

I used Spotify free in Spain up to last year for many months on a couple of Android devices and then stopped using it. Coming back to it in April 2016, I'm now told that it's not available in Spain. This is only on my tablet, as I'm running it perfectly well on my Windows 10 phone.

Is there any workaround, or long-term solution?  And why should it not be available on Android when it obviously is available on Windows mobile?

Well I don't know what happened, but suddenly it's become available on the tablet once more - after weeks of trying! So if anyone actually reads this plea, just ignore it 🙂

Quiero informarles de que me están cobrando mensualmente de una cuenta que no lo estoy utilizando. Tengo el titular de la cuenta y el número de contrato. Como no tenéis ningún teléfono de contacto.. ¿Qué tengo que hacer para cancelar dicho cobro?.
