Spotify randomly crashes - android (Samsung G6)

Hey,
So recently Spotify started crashing randomly in the middle of a song, it might be after 10 minutes or after 30 minutes. I have reinstalled spotify and tried different playlists, none works. I also tried deleting the local files which was a solution in a different topic, that didnt work either. On the computer I have no problems.

Sorry for the delay posting a reply to this post. Does this bug report here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Android-Crash-randomly-since-last-update-4-10-868/id... match closely to your issue you are having? Which android version do you have, Spotify app version, and have you tried doing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app again?

Yes, same issue, although happens when listening to albums (instead of playlists) too.

Samsung Galaxy S5

OS: Android 5.0

Version: 4.2.0.739

Clean install tried and issue still happens.

Same problem here also on Honor 7 and my gf on Galaxy s4 mini. Spotify mobile version 4.1.0.868.

Hey,

My spotify version is 4.2.0739.

My android version is 5.1.1.

My problem does resemble that issue.

I reinstalled the spotify app a couple of times, still crashes.
