What will happen if i suddenly change my storage from sd card to phone storage??will it automatically clear my downloaded songs in sd card?

If you use the storage location option in spotify settings, it will move everything to internal memory. May be worth checking that you have sufficient space before making the switch.

my songs in sd card already using 17GB,and now no more space in sd card,but my phone storage still have 3GB free,can the songs save in separate place?if i move all of the songs to phone storage also not enough space ..

No, you can't use two storage locations. It sounds like time to buy a shiny new SD card 🙂
