My Question or Issue
Syncing my entire song catalog from Windows 10 PC to Android App is no longer possible. It has stopped working completely. No solution that has been posted has been able to fix it. I've tried going offline on both ends for 5 - 10 minutes. Nothing. Logging out and logging back in on both devices. Nothing. Restarting applications. Nothing. Doing search in both applications. Nothing. No solution is working. The only thing I have not tried is getting rid of the cache, which involves something I do not understand. Is there any other way to fix the issue or am I forced to have to put them in manually? This is not okay. I am panicking. Nothing is working. I don't want to pay $10 a month to have to be stressed out over an issue that should be fixed easily. Please help me.
