My Question or Issue

About a month ago there was an update which made the scroll bar in the library gone.

The same update made it available to my sister account which never had it. She has OnePlus 5T

So it's just weird, same update gave my sis a scroll bar finally, but mine is gone.

I tried to search for this issue but all the threads I've found are old and probably outdated.

Any help? Thanks.
