Unable to save to SD card

I can't save to my SD card. It worked for months and then stopped. I don't even have the option to choose my SD card in settings.

edit: I did see this folder on my SD card com.spotify.music but I couldn't delete it. I get a message that says cannot delete this folder

I also tried formatting the SD card. I notice it still will not delete the Spotify folder
