Updating account

I pay for my spotify through my vodaphone account, which gives me premium spotify, but at the moment I'm only receiving the 'free' service' Ive spoken to vodaphone about this and they said I should update my account, I can't do this wIthout agreeing to pay for the premium service, which I already pay for via vodaphone, any ideas would be appreciated

Since Vodaphone administer your subscription, only they can help. Talk to them again.
