Why does Spotify stops playing once advertisement starts?

So, I'm using the Spotify application on an Android device. I'm listening to songs, but once an advertisement starts, nothing happens. The advertisement doesn't even play. I have to close the application, start it up again. Once one or two songs play, it happens again. Is there a way to fix this?

another trick. Simply press the "go back" key and then the ad will
dissappear
