My Question or Issue

So my Spotify does not appear to have the right version. It shows the newest version but it still has the layout and progression bar of the old one. 

It doesn't seem to be a phone or system related problem because a friend of mine has the same phone and it works for him.

I have tried logging out and back in and a clean reinstall multiple times and it didn't fix the issue.

If someone has an idea or knows how to fix it, please help.

Thanks for the post.

 

New Mobile layouts get rolled out over time to all users, so some accounts get them on a later stage.

 

You can try creating a new free account and check if the new layout is active there. If that's the case and you want the new design immediately, you can transfer your Library over, following this guide.
