I know you can sink local files from your PC onto your phone with premium, but is there anyway I can listen to the music I have downloaded onto my SD card? I want to be able to access that through Spotify .

At the moment, it's not possible to play the music files on your SD card with Spotify. The only way to sync your local files is if you do it from the desktop app. You can find the steps to do it here.

Thanks for the post.
It's now possible to play local audio files which are stored on your phone.
Try the following:
Your stored music is now in Local Files in Your Library .
