can't log in on tablet

I can log in to my account on my Mac computer but by LG tablet says the password or email is wrong. They're not. My son is the owner of the tablet but Settings/Users says I'm the user. What gives?

off line listening on nonactive S4

I download playlists on an old S4 (no SIM card) using WIFI. I try to use it off line, it tells me I'm offline and connect. While boating I use someone's hot spot to log in to Spotify and my downlosds are not avail. Help plz

Can´t see track info when Spotify is connected to my Mazda CX3... I am on Android!? Any ideas..
