Depois que começou a cobrança do Premium as únicas músicas que tocam são as que foram baixadas...E não eh problema da internet pois usando no Android os aplicativos Facebook, whatsapp, Instagram continuam funcionando... Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Spotify doesn't load or loads very slowly

hey, I'm trying to use spotify on sony Sony Xperia E5 but after the app starts it dispalys the screens after like 1-2 minutes or says that something went wrong. I tried updating, reinstalling, updating phone software. how can I solve it?

Offline music is getting deleted

For no reason I'll go back to Spotify listen to my saved songs and they are all deleted. Playlist stay it is just the albums that disappear and I'm stuck the whole day without being able to listen to my music what am I supposed to do this is awful.

Spotify Android app crash when listening to song

Whenever I playing song on spotify, it suddenly crash / stop. I have to open the apps again and play the song back. I already give permission for spotify to keep awake when the phone on sleep.
