Occasionally losing offline files and have to redownload

I only have 2 devices that has offline files. ( 1 iPhone and 1 Android DAP)but I do stream from another 1 laptop ( work ) , 1 desktop ( home ) , another iPad ( home ). Of course I didn't stream all of them at the same time. Pls advise. Thanks.
