Spotify Premium - Offline mode on android not working

I have spotify premium, and since last week, I can't listen music on Spotify on my Android while Offline. I already did the download of all my playslists, but still not working.

Y does my bf have to keep logging into Spotify after updating? I don't have to and he never did b4. Also he goes to log in and it logs him right back out. Why?
