Shuffle Play not playing on mobile app, says I need Premium

Lost playlist after Samsung S5 hard reset

Hi,My phone underwent a factory hard reset yesterday and once it was restored spotify app was there but all my playlists have disappeared and I can't get them back. Any suggestions.

Can't click on a song to listen to.

Spotify will not let me click on a song to listen to at all. I tried logging out and logging back in. I also tried restarting my device and redownloading the app but nothing with work.
