7 inch Tablet only plays shuffled songs

Andriod - Can't rearrange songs in playlist

I have an android phone, I've had premium for 2 months now and I still cant figure out how to rearrange songs in a playlist that I've created.. is this available for android? I've tried everything.

Volume inconsistent

No matter what Android device I play from, the volume lowers and rises of its own accord. I have 6 different devices and it does the same thing on average 5-6 times per playback. No issues at all on my desktop or laptops. Very annoying.
