spotify doesn`t save to sd card

Hi, it's not working. I followed the (pretty useless) "delete your cache in settings" and also reinstalled the app. Still,when syncing an Offline Playlist it saves to the phone, NOT the SD Card. Any ideas or help on this pretty major bug?
