One playlist wont download

Hi everybody, I have this one playlist that wont go offline under any circunstances, even if It is the only playlist. Everytime i click the button to download It just resets itself.I use Android 4.4 (I have a premium account obviously) Thanks!

Max volume on my lg g3 is too low when playing on spotify

EQ lowers the volume drastically

I think the sound quality is pretty poor without the EQ. The problem iswhen i activate the EQ the volume drops drastically. Any ideas what to do?Using a Samsun Galaxy S3 -mini. Have tried a reinstallation.regards Dennis
