Is it possible to omit all songs of a specific genre?

I'd like to continue to use the public Spotify playlists; however, I'd like to have the Android app skip all rap songs. Furthermore, is it possible to teach the algorithm to skip all rap by disliking all rap songs? Thanks!

my music isn't syncing

I recently made a new playlist and it isn't syncing to offline mode when I set it so it tried reinstalling the app on my iPhone 5 and now all my old music that was offline isn't anymore and it's not letting me put it offline anymore.
