Playing in Car Samsung S4

When I connect my S4 via USB cable it only plays the music app. I can have Spotify running, and it will play it via the S4 speaker but will not play through my car speakers. My car is a Toyota Camry 2013. How do I fix this?

Collapse Downloaded in Android app

Can you please put in a way to filter, collapse, or turn off the list of downloaded playlists in the app? I don't want this feature and find it to be a pain to scroll all the way down to the bottom every time I want to switch playlist folders.

New update make spotify bad with Bluetooth

HTC ONE Spotify downloaded playlists problem!!

I need some help. On the Spotify application on HTC ONE there is a small problem. I downloaded 1 playlist to my phone, but when i enter the list in offline mode, there is no songs. Is it some settings that is wrong or what ? Please help!
