I signed up for spotify premium and my credit card was billed but my premium will not activate its been 7 hours

Same happend to me. I redeemd a code from Pressbyrån this friday. Everything went fine and I could even listen to music. I often use the Spotify preview for Linux so when it works I take it as a sign that everything is OK since it should not support free. However my account page still say Spotify free and I got commercials when trying to listen to music this saturday. I don't have the reciept left since everything went fine and now I expect my month of premium that I 've paid for. Fast!

hatebreed27 - Can you try the steps outlined in  this post?

 

creed - It sounds like you might have redeemed the code against the wrong account (since it should go premium straight away on your online account). I would suggest you get in touch with customer services.

I paid the 9.99 for premium and everything went through alright. i got a recipt showing i paid. but i cant play on demand songs. it says i need to get premium to do so. then if i click the link it says ive already paid for the upgrade. what do i do?
